Might even try listening to the Federal Government's version of FRS (called ISR for Inter-Squad Radio).
The only radios I know of so far that is used in this band is the ICOM IC-4008M.  Narrowband FM is the mode.
These radios are no longer manufactured and usage will probably diminish.
