HPD has usually used 460.425 Citywide for operations.
HFD has usually used 460.575 TAC-5 for operations.
Private businesses and FRS radios cna also be heard on the UHF band.
Since they are leasing radios, there is no guaranty that they will use the same 
radios/frequencies every year.
